I pronounce it just like "Juni", the german word for the month June. This should also be the original pronunciation, when I'm not mistaken. However, funny is, when I read it in an english context, just like your comic, my mind switches to an english pronunciation, and I pronounce it like "June". :)

I call it both "-J-uno" and "Yuno".
