Uh oh, maybe Schwarzwald? It's a woods in south Germany between Stuttgart, Strasbourg, Freiburg am Breisgau and Zurich. If i understood correctly his family name. Just was there recently, nice land. =) Map
In Ragnarok Online the northern country is called the Schwartzwald Republic, but I'm sure it is named after the forest in Germany. Probably because it sounds cool haha.
Wouldn't surprise me if they stole names. They stole other people's custom items without giving them credit, although they of course can get away with it.
