The rope sprite was made by shexoda from the Game Maker Community forums (found via google search).
The bomb-looking thing there is an irritaball from Rocket Slime which is my favorite NDS game ever. I took the sprite from this Dragon Quest fan-site, the Dragon's Den.
If you can't tell, Bogart is setting up a trap for his nemesis.
