He forgot the medicine bowl... Needs something to mix the herb in!
Which apparently to Ragnarok Lore is just water in the medicine bowl and you simply squeeze the juice out of the herb which you then stir. Don't know how that's so hard for Ragnarok characters to do without having 200 or so dexterity to preform without failure.
