It looks like the Monk's hair color changes into a very light brown in the last panel. I'm not sure if that's how the actual sprite with that hair-style works that way or not.
I'm not sure why the color looks so different - it is indeed the same hairstyle. Maybe it's a problem with the lighting since I darkened it to go with the dark background.
