Oh! These shop names are really taken from screenies I had from when I was in oRO! I even tried to reproduce the sprites of the salesmen. The only one who I can identify 100% is the Santa Hat Smith. I won't tell who he is because I don't know the guy personally; he's always vending when I see him, but I see him all the time.
The smiley merchant is purely fictional, however.
